At Pentecost, the disciples of Jesus received the gift of the Holy Spirit in a profound way and were commissioned to go forth and spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth.  That's no small thing!  And that is what Confirmation is all about: receiving the Holy Spirit, in order to be equipped as intentional disciples of Christ. 

Do you have a student in grades 9-12 who is interested in receiving the sacrament of Confirmation?  Preparation will begin with a 4-week session in October-November, 2023.  During these initial gatherings, we will give families multiple opportunities to reflect on the meaning of Confirmation.  Students will explore their disposition for this sacrament and families will discern the commitment involved.  Through this initial process, we will assess what students honestly need to mature in their faith and offer classes in the winter & spring of '24 that best meet those needs. 

The 4-week Fall Confirmation Session is scheduled for Thursdays, October 26, November 2, 9, & 16 - 6:00-7:30pm. 
Parents are asked to attend the class on October 26 and November 16.
Sponsors are welcome to attend on those dates as well.
